No consent does not mean no standards.
Rule 5 sends the State to the Second Schedule.
Lawful. Limited to the uses in section 7(b).
Only the data necessary, kept while required.
Pause. Is any of it visible to you?
Yes. They must give you an intimation,
a contact who answers questions about the processing,
and the link for exercising your rights.
Plus reasonable security safeguards.
And whoever decides the purpose and means is accountable.
