A subsidy, benefit, service, certificate,
licence or permit, as may be prescribed.
Two ways in. You consented once before,
or the data sits in a notified State database.
Pause. Is that a blank cheque?
No. The standards still bind it.
Processing must follow the Central Government's policy,
or a law in force for governing personal data.
A lane, not an exemption.
