Section 2 defines personal data in one line.
Any data about an individual who is identifiable.
By that data, or in relation to it.
Pause. Is a bare order number personal data?
Read with their records, you are identifiable.
So to them, it is personal data.
And the Act never lists what counts.
There is no schedule of data types in it.
Only one test. Can you be identified.
